This information is collected through Firebase Authentication (including Google Sign-In and Phone Authentication) to securely verify your identity.

- Purpose: We use location data to track daily site visits, log check-ins/check-outs at customer locations, and calculate travel metrics (such as total kilometers traveled) for travel cost reimbursement calculations.
- Consent: We will ask for your explicit permission before accessing your location. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.
C. Camera and Media Access
The App requires permissions to access your device’s camera and photo library:
- Purpose: This permission is used to allow technicians to take and upload photos of water treatment equipment, service reports, or site conditions for inspection and record-keeping purposes.
D. Device Storage
The App requires read and write access to your device’s storage:
- Purpose: This is required to generate, download, and store PDF documents locally on your device (such as generated service bills).
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, or to perform service-related analyses. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The App uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services (Core application framework)
- Firebase Authentication (Secure user login and verification)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push notifications for service tasks)
3. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption for communication with our backend services) to protect your personal information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Account Deletion: Users can request the removal of their account and all associated data by contacting the system administrator or sending a deletion request to our support email.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
